Maria Sofia di Lenna
Originally from Italy, she was raised in a 16th-century palace-turned-museum, immersed in music and art. She pursued dance in Paris and explored art scenes in LA and NYC. As the host of The Loft in Brooklyn, she built a global community and later helped shape India’s Hip Hop scene. As the founder of The Loft Project, she champions artists worldwide. Her travels have deepened her connection to art and spirituality, especially in India, where she studied yoga and meditation. With ashram life experience, she now invites others to explore India’s culture and spirituality. She is generous and giving by nature, and will be thrilled to meet and accompany you through this adventure.

Pranjal Sharma
Pranjal is a passionate traveler & creative entrepreneur from New Delhi, now based in Italy. With a background in engineering & arts, he has explored many fascinating locations across Europe & India. He is known to be fun, loving & welcoming, with an intense calling towards bringing people together & make them feel at home, everywhere. He is a breathwork facilitator, & practices yoga & meditation. This Pilgrimage reflects Pranjal’s love for India’s spiritual richness. What kind of weather to expect?
In mid to late November, Kerala experiences pleasant weather with temperatures typically ranging from 18°C to 30°C. This period marks the start of the dry season, making it ideal for exploring the backwaters, beaches, and ashrams.
What kind of clothing should I pack?
Pack light, comfortable, loose clothing, items for rain, a shawl, and attire covering shoulders and knees for ashrams and temple visits. We also suggest comfortable sport shoes, sandals and a pair of flip-flops.
When do my flights need to arrive and depart?
You may arrive at Trivandrum (Thiruvananthapuram) airport anytime during the day on the 15th of November. Our team will welcome you at the airport & ensure you arrive comfortably at the hotel. Our time together will begin in the evening with a welcome dinner and sharing circle. As for departure, ideally book your flight on the 30th of November after 2 pm from Coimbatore (transport provided) or Kochi.
Can I check into my hotel early if I arrive early?
Yes, but only if you arrange with us to book an extra night with the hotel. You will need to book an extra night if you want to check into your room prior to 2 pm check-in time. You are welcome to come to the hotel and hang out. However, if you want to check-in to your room, have a shower or nap, you will need to book an extra night, the 14th, which for additional cost we can arrange for you.
